Club Objective and Information
As a club, our primary goal is to promote Schutzhund training. Members are expected to train in all three phases of Schutzhund: Tracking, Obedience, and Protection. As individuals, we enjoy the satisfaction of training our dogs from puppy up to the Schutzhund 3 Level. All of this is done in a club environment as a collective effort of each individual member where everybody participates towards a common goal. We train together, support one another, and celebrate in each other's personal victories in the sport. As a Schutzhund USA Club, we promote and preserve the German Shepherd Dog in accordance with the FCI Breed Standard as a working dog. We promote humane training methods for the working dog and support responsible dog ownership and breeding practices. We support and promote movements that demonstrate the advantages of Schutzhund training. We organize trials for Schutzhund and educate the public about the sport of Schutzhund. We support the use of dogs by police departments, search and rescue, and other service organizations. Lastly, we support members with other breeds in accomplishing their goals and objectives. All of this is done in an open, friendly, and fun environment where each member contributes to the success of the club.
We have a new regulation full size field 80x100 meters with plenty of parking and trees for shade. Thanks to the McLaurin's.

From the north take I-95 exit Wade Rd. Turn right at the stop sign. Stay on this road. The road changes names from Church to River Rd. The club field is located on your left behind the black horse fence.
From Fayetteville take 301 then Middle Rd exit. Turn left on River Rd. Cross over I-295 bridge appox 4-6 minutes. The club field is on the right.
